Elon Musk Becomes Largest Shareholder In Twitter just after buying 9.2 percentage from Twitter shares
According to a document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Tesla CEO and billionaire acquired nearly 73.5 million Twitter shares — a 9.2 per cent stake in the company.
Meanwhile, Jack Dorsey the Founder of Twitter owns a 2.3 percent stake.
